White Lady INGREDIENTS •60 ml Gin •20 ml Cointreau (or Triple Sec) •20 ml Sweet & Sour (lemon juice & simple syrup) • 1 egg white INSTRUCTIONS Dry shake for about 10 sec (shake without ice) Add ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with any white eddible flower or lemon zest

Mai Tai INGREDIENTS •60 ml Dark Jamaican Rum (Barracuda) •30 ml Cointreau (Triple Sec) •20 ml Almond Liqueur (Amaretto Disaronno) •20 ml Lime Juice •10 ml Simple Syrup ½ Bar Spoon Vanilla Extract INSTRUCTIONS Shake with ice and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice Garnish with 2 Mint Sprig and 1 Lime Wedge
