Cucumber infused G.T.
•60 ml Cucumber infused Gin
•Top with Tonic
Muddle (or blend) the cucumber to release the flavour, add the gin and leave it in the fridge over night. Strain the liquid into a glass filled with ice cubes, add the tonic and finally spray a lemon peel over the glas (in order to release the oil from the lemon peel)
Garnish with fresh cucumber and rosemary.
