Fried platano macho. is it healthy?

🇬🇧 Fried? Well, let's talk a bit about it. If our diet is based in high processed food, refined sugar, or similar products. Sorry, we are doing something wrong 😕.   On the other hand, if our diet is based in real food (the kind of food you usually find at your grandma's place) then we are doing it right! Eating fried food such as fried chips (selfmade ones) or platano macho isn't bad at all. It's obvious that we should take care of the amount of friend food you include in the diet, but having a good variety during the week, it won't hurt anyone. Oh, remember to use extra virgen olive oil 😎. đŸ‡Ș🇾 ÂżFritooo? Bueno, hablemos de nutriciĂłn, cuando basamos nuestra alimentaciĂłn en comida ultraprocesada y azucares refinados, grasas perjudiciales y otros productos lo estamos haciendo mal (muy mal) 😕, pero cuando basamos nuestro plan en comida de verdad, aquella que encontramos en casa de nuestra abuela, entonces no nos estamos equivocando. Comer de vez en cuando un plato de patatas fritas caseras (de esas que preparaba mi abuela con un huevo) o un plato de plĂĄtano macho no va a pasar nada.  aunque siempre podemos intentar escurrir bien el aceite que usemos, preferiblemente oliva virgen extra #AOVE ), porque no estamos basando nuestra alimentaciĂłn en eso, sino que es un dĂ­a en concreto. . .
