Panna cotta with Strawberries and Motepulciano d'Abruzzo wine sauce

Panna cotta is one of my all time favorite desserts: it may seem very simple to make but it needs quite a lot attention to details. Texture, right amount of sugar and balance of flavours are crucial to elevate to perfection this italian classic. I love to serve my panna cotta with fresh mint leaves and a homemade sauce of Strawberries and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine.
